Where you select for items to be delivered those items purchased from PATS MUSIC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping and Processing Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

PATS MUSIC ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on (03) 9563 8711 to enquire about a special order.

We accept Visa, and Mastercard. When you send us your personal information including credit card information we encrypt these details using 128 but SSL encryption to protect them from unlawful access. To purchase from us over the Internet you must be over 18 years old.

Faulty goods

Most of our products carry a 1 year warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and it shows a fault please contact us giving us the detail of your complaint, date of purchase etc. If the fault is inherent in the goods, we will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Order

We will confirm your order shortly after it is placed. We then send your order to be dispatched. We aim for 2 working days, however, some orders may take up to 10 days to arrive. All orders are subject to availability.

Returns
At PATS MUSIC we understand the need to have goods that are delivered on time and perform as described. We have been careful to provide you with sufficient information to enable you to come to a confident buying decision.

In the event of a customer wishing to return any goods or services to PATS MUSIC as bought on this site, PATS MUSIC will only accept such products if we are contacted within 24 hours of your intent to return the goods, are of a quality that can be on sold as if new and such acceptance by PATS MUSIC shall only raise a credit available for exchange on other goods or services provided by PATS MUSIC. You must pay the postage of such returns.

Receiving your order

If your order shows any physical damage, please acknowledge this and sign "received damaged" and notify us immediately.

Your Account

Our system will hold details of your account and sales transactions with us and they may be viewed only with your username and password. Our system will NOT retain your credit card number, expirly date or CCV.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of July 2010. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
